** To plant your new Bazi Tea Seeds in your Field 3.0 you should first collect the harvest available on the field, then rez your Bazi Tea Seed box near the field, and select Clear on the field menu – this will plant the seeds. Maintain Care and Water for Bazi Tea field for the chance to harvest 3 crops!

** To plant seeds into a brand new never used before Field 3.0 you will need to select one of the four plant options on the first rez of your field, then rez your Bazi Tea Seed box near the field, and select Clear on the field menu – this will plant the seeds. Maintain Care and Water for Bazi Tea field for the chance to harvest 3 crops!

** The growth process can reach up to 300%, in which you will have a maximum of 3 crops available. Reaching 300% does not imply that you will always get 3 crops, this will depend on whether the field has been constantly cared and has never lacked water.

Field FAQ:

Q. Do I need to plant seeds when I first buy and rez the Campo 3.0 / Field 3.0 [G&S]?
– No. On initial rez after purchasing a new field from the G&S main store, it comes preseeded with 4 plants to select from for your Harvest type (crop). Once you select the Harvest type on first rez, the field is set to that plant until you decide to change the Harvest type and click Clear or pick up the field and transfer to another avi or hold the field in your inventory for 10+ days or the Cycles for a particular plant is limited.

Q. What is Cycles?
– 1 to Unlimited This indicates the number of crops that may be obtained from the Harvest type planted in the field at the present time.
– In the future, there will be seeds that will give a limited number of harvests for the plant … special and rare plants!

Q. Do I need to plant seeds once I harvest the Campo 3.0 / Field 3.0 [G&S]?
– No. The Harvest type on first rez or seeds that you select to plant are set to the Field for the period displayed in the Cycles. You only need to plant seeds when you decide to change the Harvest type and click Clear or pick up the field and transfer to another avi or hold the field in your inventory for 10+ days or the Cycles for a particular plant is limited.

Q. Does the Campo 3.0 / Field 3.0 [G&S] produce seeds?
– No. Seeds [G&S] are available to purchase at the main store and are only required if you decide to change the Harvest type and click Clear or pick up the field and transfer to another avi or hold the field in your inventory for 10+ days or the Cycles for a particular plant is limited.

Q. Do I need a basket to harvest my crops?
– Only if you select Take the Crop then Fill container: You will need an empty Basket [G&S]. Place the empty basket close to the field before using this option. With this option, all available crops will be loaded into the basket and you will not lose any.
– If you select Take the Crop and then Normal: This will only get one crop. If you have more than one crop available, you will only get one and the rest will be lost. When you use this option the field will give an item called (Rezzme) [G&S]. You must rez this object close to the field for the harvest to be activated.

Q. Does the new Campo 3.0 / Field 3.0 [G&S] use more water?
– No. They use the same as the old field, 2 buckets of water per day.
– BUT … when the field is harvested and you take the crops, this will reset the current water and care to 0.
– AND … if you use an auto-rezzer it will maintain the water level of the field at 6/6 which will be reset when to 0 on harvest.

Q. How do I Care for the new Campo 3.0 / Field 3.0 [G&S]?
– The Care option is on the field menu, click to access, make sure you have energy in your RP-Hud, wait 10-20 seconds before you try to Care again via the menu.
– The RP-Hud Care option is not used to care for the new fields.

Q. Can I update my old G&S fields (suls, grain & rice) to the new Campo 3.0 / Field 3.0 [G&S]?
– No. The new fields are a new and different product.

Q. Are the old fields (suls, grain & rice) going to stop working?
– No. The old fields you have will continue to grow as per normal.
– The old fields are no longer available to purchase from the G&S main store.

Packaging and Labeling (dairy) [G&S]
Fill jars (manufactured in the Pottery G&S) and buckets (manufactured in the Carpentry G&S), to store milk, cream & butter.

– packages to a maximum of 50 units of dairy per container.

– The milk after being packed in jars and buckets, will be preserved for 4 days, after this time it will be spoil and can not be used.

– The milk after being packed in hermetic-buckets, will be preserved for 32 days, after this time it will be spoil and can not be used.

– Cream and butter do not have an expiration date.

Important: The buckets and hermetic buckets manufactured before 9 June 2017, will need to be repaired in the Carpentry to be labeled.

ANIMALS V2

Milking Bosk and Verr
Place a bucket or hermetic bucket (manufactured in the Carpentry G&S), or a jar (manufactured in the Pottery G&S) next to the female and select Milk in the menu. The bucket or the jar will fill with milk. The preservation time of the milk appears in the floating text (2 days), after this time the milk is spoiled and can not be used. (If you use the RP-HUD [G & S] the energy will give plus for better milk results). The hermetic bucket will extend the preservation time to 16 days.

Divest Bosk, Verr and Tarsk
– Divest: (only available on dead animals) Extract the meat and skin of the bosk or verr (no skin from tarsk). After selecting this option, you are given the object “rezzme (skin) [G&S]” rez it next to the bosk or verr, get the animals menu again and select the” Take meat “option to give you the object “rezzme (meat) [G&S]” rez it next to the animal. A low result in the internal dice roll results in a loss of two of meat, use the divest knife and energy in the RP-HUD[G&S] give a plus in dice roll when divesting animal.

Bosk and verr meat shows the preservation time (4 days) and tarsk meats (8 days) visible in the floating text and in the meat menu, after this time the meat is spoiled (even in the inventory) and can not be used.

To store meat for a longer period of time, make baskets in the Basketwork [G&S] and boxes in the Carpentry G&S), and pack the meat into these containers with the Packaging and labeling (meats)[G&S]. Once packed, place a Rock salt or a basket loaded with salt next to the basket or box of packed meat, and in the menu of the packed meat container (basket or box) choose the option “load salt”. The meat does not spoil while it remains inside the basket or box that has been salted (even kept in the inventory or inside another object). If meat is extracted from a container (basket or box) that has been salted, the extracted meat loses the effect of salt preservation, and if it is not used it is spoiled in a short period of time. When the box or basket is emptied of meat, it loses the effect of preserving and if used again to pack meat, will require salt to be loaded again.

A dead baby for whatever reason, when divested, delivers less meat than as an adult and does not deliver skin.

An animal dead for any reason if is not divested, loses one unit of meat per day until it disappears when has nothing to deliver.

The dead animal that has already been divested or has nothing to give you, disappears after an hour.

– Movement: this option will cause the animals to follow you or to stop. While walking  the animal feeds. (Remember to prepare your sim to use Pathfinding). Remember to stop the motion animation through the menu so that it does not increase the number of prims of the animal.

IMPORTANT:
Divest the animals one at a time, do not do this action with more than one animal at a time! Rezz the object rezzme in the instant that is delivered. If you do not do this, you will get unexpected errors. Lag or that the animal does not belong to the group of the rezzed objects may also be the cause of an unexpected error. If these errors appear simply wait a couple of minutes or rerezz the animal and repeat the action correctly.

Tharlarion
-Get oil: (only dead tharlarion) extracts oil from the animal. Place a jar (manufactured in the Pottery G&S) next to the tharlarion and select “get oil” in the menu, the jar will fill with oil. The amount of oil in a jar is determined by the property “meat” of tharlarion. A low result in the internal dice roll results in a loss of two of oil. Use the divest knife and energy in the RP-HUD[G&S] give a plus in dice roll when divesting the tharlarion. Oil does not expire.

All your animals that are born from this moment, are new and are ready for the changes (see April 29 News below about Salt and Expiration). The new model of common brown bosk will be born of the old bosk. Verr, tarsk and tharlarion remain the same appearance as the old.

To G&S a new RP-item has arrived – “The salt”.  Also a new concept to enrich the roleplay – “The expiration”.

From now on, all seafood obtained from fishing (and tuna tournaments) will have expiration dates, and the passage of time will cause the deterioration of the product until it is unusable. To avoid deterioration and to preserve the product, you need to pack it in Boxes (made on the Carpentry) or Baskets (made on the Basketwork [G&S]) and use salt (see Salt Mine) to stop the effects of time. Packaged and salted products never expire while in the container. Old seafood are not affected by this new game concept until they are packed.

With each mining of  the Salt Mine, you can select to either receive a Rock or load into a Basket (made in the Basketwork [G&S]). A Rock will lose 1 unit on rerez, the Baskets will store the ore with no loss.

The Book of the Boxes [G&S] with new carpentry plans is at the Main Store to buy for G&S Coins.

New Copper, Gold and Iron Mines and Basketwork [G&S]

When each mining use is completed, you can select to either receive a Rock or load into a Basket (made in the Basketwork [G&S]). A Rock will lose 1 unit on rerez, the Baskets will store the ore with no loss.

      

** The old G&S Mines (copper, gold and iron) will work until July 2017 when the old mining server will be turned off. Once the mines cease to operate, a period of 6 months will open in which old mines can be replaced by G&S Coins to the original buyers only. **
